Payment

ADISAM LIMITED sells in pounds sterling. This page covers how payment works on the shop today, and how it will work when we take live orders.

Demonstration checkout

Checkout on this website is a demonstration. The form asks for a name, email and delivery address so you can see how an order would be placed. We do not request card details, we do not connect a payment processor, and we do not take money. Submitting the form does not place a paid order and does not create a contract of sale. The bag is stored only in your browser.

When the shop is live

When we enable live payments, the following will apply unless we update this page:

• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
• We will accept debit and credit cards through a UK payment provider at checkout. We will not offer cash on delivery, cheques, or payment on collection unless we add that method and say so here.
• Payment is taken when we accept the order, at the point the card is charged at checkout, before dispatch. We will send an email receipt.
• We will not store full card numbers on our own servers. Card data will be handled by the payment provider.
• If a payment fails, the order is not accepted and nothing is dispatched.

Failed and delayed payments

If a live charge is reversed or fails after we have begun packing, we may pause dispatch until the payment is settled. Title in the goods will pass to you only once we have received payment in full.

Promotional prices

Any sale price shown is the current selling price, not a comparison with another retailer. We will not invent a “was” price.

Refunds

Refunds of live payments will be made to the original card or method, as described on the returns page.
