Returns and refunds

Last updated 3 September 2026

This page explains how returns will work when ADISAM LIMITED sells clothes online to UK customers. Checkout on this site is a demonstration: no payment is taken and no order is fulfilled, so there is nothing to return from a demo checkout. The process below is the one we will follow for paid distance contracts.

14-day cancellation (distance selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel a distance contract for most goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. That cooling-off period starts the day after the goods come into your physical possession (or, if the order is split, the day after the last piece arrives).

To cancel, email adisamltd@outlook.com from the address used at checkout, with your order details and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You do not have to use a particular form of words. We will acknowledge by email.

You then have a further 14 days to send the unused goods back to:

ADISAM LIMITED
Unit 22 Cornwall Road Industrial Estate
Smethwick
England
B66 2JS

Goods should be unused, unwashed, and in a condition that allows us to resell them, with tags attached where they were supplied. You should take reasonable care of the clothes while they are with you. You pay the cost of return postage unless we collected the wrong item or the goods are faulty.

What cannot be cancelled

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed, are excluded from the 14-day right (for example, certain intimate apparel, if we ever offer it). Bespoke pieces made to your specification would also be excluded. Ordinary clothes from this catalogue are not bespoke.

Refunds after cancellation

We will refund the price of the goods and the cheapest standard delivery charge you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We may reduce the refund if the value of the goods has diminished because they were handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Faulty goods — Consumer Rights Act 2015

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a piece is faulty:

  • In the first 30 days you can reject it and claim a full refund, including standard delivery.
  • After 30 days, you may request a repair or replacement. If that is not possible or unsuccessful, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to reject the goods for a refund, which may take account of use.
  • A fault that appears within six months is treated as present at delivery unless we can show otherwise.

Email adisamltd@outlook.com with photographs of the fault, your order details, and the size. Do not return faulty goods until we have confirmed the address and whether we will cover postage.

Change of mind after the 14 days

We are not obliged to accept unused returns after the statutory cancellation period. If we agree to an ex-gratia return, we will say so in writing and any refund may exclude delivery and a handling deduction.

Demo checkout

Submitting the demonstration checkout does not start a cancellation period, because no contract of sale is formed. See payment and terms.
