Terms and conditions of sale

These terms apply to the ADISAM online shop operated by ADISAM LIMITED, company number 11924330, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Unit 22 Cornwall Road Industrial Estate, Smethwick, England, B66 2JS. Email: adisamltd@outlook.com.

This website is a demonstration storefront. Checkout does not take payment, does not create a binding contract of sale, and does not place a paid order. The clauses below describe the terms that will apply when we sell clothes to consumers in the United Kingdom through this shop.

Who we sell to

When the shop is live, we will sell to consumers aged 18 or over for personal use. We do not currently offer a trade or wholesale checkout on this site. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the rate in force at the time of purchase, unless we say otherwise.

The contract

When live sales begin, a contract will form only when we send an email confirming that we have accepted your order and taken payment. Until then, listing a piece on this site is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

Until that time, submitting the demonstration checkout form does not accept an offer, take money, or oblige us to send goods.

Goods

Descriptions, photographs, fabrics and measurements on each product page are provided in good faith. Colours can vary between screens. UK sizing is used throughout; please read the size list on the piece you want. Clothes are sold as described, not as a fashion replica of any other retailer.

Price and payment

The price is the figure shown on the product page at the time you checkout, plus any delivery charge stated at checkout. See our payment policy for how payment will be taken when the shop goes live, and our shipping page for delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Distance-selling cancellation rights and our returns process are set out in the returns and refunds page. Faulty goods are dealt with under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Use of this site

You may browse the catalogue for personal, non-commercial use. You must not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with it, or scrape it for product data. All original text, layout and branding on this site belong to ADISAM LIMITED.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that English law does not allow us to limit. When live sales begin, our liability for a paid order will not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods, except where the law requires otherwise.

Because checkout is a demonstration, we are not liable for any supposed order placed through this form, and we will not dispatch goods against it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in the UK, you also have the mandatory protections of the law of the part of the UK in which you live. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
